Tickets for the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center are available at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center Box Office. Located at 300 East Ocean Boulevard. The Box Office is adjacent to the Long Beach Pacific Ballroom on South Hart Place Contact the Box Office by phone at (562) 436-3661.

HOURS

Ticket windows are open Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm. Sunday and holiday hours vary.

Tickets to upcoming events can be purchased at the box office using either cash, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express only). When purchasing tickets with your credit card, you must show picture identification; you may not use someone else’s credit card.

In addition to the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center box office, tickets to upcoming events can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com Hearing impaired guests may purchase tickets using the Ticketmaster TDD phone line at (800) 943-4327.

WILL CALL

Will Call is located at the venue box office and opens one and a half hours prior to the event start time and closes 30 minutes after the event starts. When picking up tickets from Will Call, you must have photo identification and the credit card with which you purchased your tickets.

PARKING

The Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center has more than 4,000 parking spaces around the Center in three parking garages and one ground level parking lot. Rates may vary by event and are in effect seven days a week. Check with your event manager for current rates. The Terrace Theater Parking Garage is generally open for theater events and has 800 parking spaces. The Arena Parking Garage is open for conventions tradeshows and Arena events and has 1,460 spaces. The Promenade Parking Garage is open for conventions, tradeshows, special events, and has 350 spaces. The Main Parking Lot along Shoreline Drive has 1,500 spaces.

Paid Parking is available at each of the Center’s lots.
