For Public Safety, the following items and / or actions are prohibited while attending performances in the Terrace Theater, Beverly O’Neill Theater, Long Beach Arena and all concerts or live performances on Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center (LBCEC) property. LBCEC venue policies are subject to change from event to event, please check the calendar listing for event specific details.
- *No Weapons, Ammunition, Tasers, Explosives, Fireworks, Tear Gas, Pepper Spray, pocketknives/blades of any size
- No Outside Food or Beverage including Candy
- No Alcohol
- No Illegal / Controlled Substances or Paraphernalia
- No Smoking to include E-cigarettes, Vaping Pens, or Liquid Refills
- No Personal Medication in unmarked bottles - All Medication subject to medic screening upon entry
- No Personal Bags larger than (5” H x 8” W x 2” D)
- No Pets(except for service animals)
- No Glass Bottles, Metal Cans, Cups or Coolers, Camelbacks, Bota Bags, or Metal Water Bottles
- No Instruments, Noise Making Devices (i.e., horns, cowbells, whistles)

- No Chairs
- No Strollers
- No Flags, Beach Balls, Frisbees, Balloons
- No Laser Pointers, Light Gloves, LED Micro Lights, Flashlights or Glow Sticks
- No Professional Cameras (no detachable lenses or lens longer than 2”), tripods, go-pros, selfie sticks, audio recording devices. Small point and shoot cameras with non-detachable lens must have artists approval.
- No Stickers, Flyers, Posters, Sharpies/Markers, Spray Paint
- No Toy Replica Weapons, Squirt Bottles, Soap Bubbles, Slingshots
- No Skateboards, Roller Skates, or Roller Blades
- No Drones or Remote-Control devices (except for ADA use)
- No Spiked Clothing or Belts
- No Moshing, Crowd Surfing or Stage Diving
- No Sitting in standing room only areas or Blocking Aisle

No other item or action that challenges public safety as determined by LBCEC Management
*Patrons, including law enforcement personnel, not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the venues. Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center (LBCEC) does not provide weapon lockers and will not check in weapons. Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, etc. Patrons found in possession of the above-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item from the venues or dispose of it. Patrons who refuse to comply will be denied entrance to the venues.
